Judy Stephen, Managing Director

The career of founder and Managing Director Judy Stephen spans 25 years, and offers a wealth of experience in the hotel-resort spa, medical spa and day spa/salon industry. Prior to establishing a full concept consulting firm, Judy was the General Manager/ Spa Consultant for Sopar International. She managed a multi-million dollar region, led a sales team and provided business consultation services to independent business operators and large hospitality properties including Kingfisher Resort & Spa, Four Seasons, Delta Hotel Spa, The Grande Okanagan Hotel & Spa as well as Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa. Her 4 year tenure realized an impressive 43% increase in sales. Other industry experiences included Business Development Lead for Dermalogica and Western Regional Educator for the International Brands Guinot, Phytomer, and Valmont.

Prior to 1995, Judy was Account Sales Manager with Mead Johnson & Bristol Myers Pharmaceuticals and a high school teacher at Roosevelt Senior High School.

Judy provides client business consultation in strategic planning, gap assessments and plan execution in areas of operations, human resources, marketing, retail and customer service.
